In order to achieve the brushed finish we utilize 3M® abrasives. We can apply brushed finishes to your custom specifications. Otherwise we usually offer a No.4 or No.6 finish.

•No.4 Finish:
Typically, the material is prepared using 320 grit Alu Oxide abrasive in a straight line according to your specifications and then finished with a green 3M scotch brite pad, followed by a red 3M scotch brite pad.

•No.6 Finish:
Typically, the material prepared using 600 grit Alu Oxide abrasive according to your specification. and then finished with a green 3M scotch brite pad, followed by a red 3M scotch brite pad.
